Apprends à émettre le chant des Montagnes et des Steppes

I share my passion for Khöömii through workshops, group sessions, and individual lessons centered on Mongolian throat singing, breathwork, and embodied movement. I also facilitate sound journeys and give talks on these themes.

For the past 10 years, I have been supporting individuals in their personal development and exploration of their potential. My approach draws on a wide range of tools as well as personal insight, integrating perspectives on the unconscious, symbolism, archetypes, the shadow, and teachings shaped by lived experience.

Deeply inspired by the musicality of nature and sound, and nourished for over twenty years by various living traditions, I have also been influenced for more than a decade by Jungian thought. I support each person in unfolding a freer, more authentic and embodied expression of their voice, individuality, and creative direction.

Trained in Khöömii for 13 years, I obtained a Teaching Certificate in Traditional and Early Music in 2024 at the Aubagne Conservatory, and will complete a national Diplôme d’Études Musicales in June 2026 in Marseille. Despite these formal recognitions, I remain a lifelong apprentice of this profound art, continuing to learn from masters and to travel regularly to Mongolia. My 21-page paper is available here.

I believe the voice is a powerful gateway to self-knowledge and transformation, and I approach this tradition as a living practice in service of both individual and collective growth.

Transmission is my driving force; beyond sound itself, my deepest fulfillment lies in witnessing participants evolve, open up, and step into a more fully lived experience of themselves.

Preserving ancestral traditions is, for me, a way of celebrating life, strengthening human connection, and contributing to a living heritage rooted in meaning, beauty, and universality — one that continues to inspire the world.
